CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT and CONFIRMATION OF RIGHTS

This is to confirm that I, __________________________ have sent to Quidam Production El Gusto the screenplay/treatment entitled __________________________________________ for assessment by a Quidam Productions reader with the intention of having the above named screenplay/treatment considered for inclusion in the Quidam Production El Gusto slate of film projects.

I further confirm that I have full and unconditional rights to exploit the work so named above.

I understand that Quidam Production El Gusto receives many solicited and unsolicited scripts and that Quidam Productions will not held liable on the occasion that two or more scripts with similar themes and/or storylines are received. I further understand that receipt of my script by Quidam Production El Gusto for assessment in no way pre-supposes any intention by Quidam Production El Gusto to produce my work.

Quidam Production El Gusto confirms that only our staff will read and discuss your material. We will keep all your material, including coverage notes, completely confidential. Under no circumstances will a third party have access to your work without your prior consent.
